Featuring timeless puffed short sleeves, this airy cotton dress showcases an elaborate smocked bodice, complete with a waist sash to adjust for growing bodies. The back is adorned with button fastenings in a matching white hue. For older girls, the dresses come with sash ties to be fastened into a bow at the back.
